There are lots of options available for you, all chosen by you. We won’t push you or become drill sergeants – it’s your workout at your pace. We would encourage you to book in for your introduction. This 3 step programme ensures we know exactly what you want to achieve, we then make you up a programme to suit your needs and ability. This is re-evaluated regularly to help you stay on track and keep achieving your goals.

We have lots of equipment available, from CV (running machines, cross-trainers, bikes), resistance (free weights, shoulder press etc etc) and also the Power Plate. Personal Training We can offer personal training if you prefer a little one-to-one coaching, someone dedicated purely to you – which won’t cost the earth. They’re there to make sure the programme is right for you, to keep you motivated and give you encouragement just when you need it to keep you going.
